Peach Cobbler Dump Cake

This peach cobbler dump cake recipe is perfect for chaotic days when you don't want to wash a lot of dishes or stress about measuring numerous ingredients. It requires only five ingredients, thanks to a box of cake mix.

Ingredients

  • 3 15 oz cans sliced peaches in juice
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 15.25 oz box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup salted butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Add the sliced peaches, cornstarch, and cinnamon to the pan, gently stirring the mixture until well combined.
  • Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the peaches, then pour the melted butter over the cake mix in an even layer.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

To prevent your cake from having dry spots, you should check on it halfway through its baking time and add a pad of butter or spray a little olive oil to the dry spots to moisten them.
