Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 1-ounce packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In the bowl of your mixer, combine the chicken, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, green onions, and ranch seasoning.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
  • Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown, bubbly, and heated through.
  • Serve warm with your favorite chips, carrots, or celery.

Notes

To make this dip in the slow cooker, combine the ingredients and cook on LOW for about 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Switch the slow cooker to warm to keep warm while serving.
Use a rotisserie chicken to speed things up and get results faster.
Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing so it combines smoothly with the Greek yogurt.
For a spicier dip, add a little additional buffalo sauce, hot sauce, or cayenne pepper to taste.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
