Toasted Marshmallow Iced Latte

This toasted marshmallow iced latte is one of those quick drinks that feels a little extra without taking any extra time. It’s sweet, creamy, and has that toasted marshmallow flavor running through every sip. I had the idea stuck in my head after reading Just Friends by Haley Pham, where she talks about a marshmallow latte. I couldn’t stop thinking about it. So I started with the Toasted Marshmallow Syrup, and this is where it landed.

If you’re on a drink kick like I am lately, you’ll probably want to try a few more while you’re at it. The Toasted Marshmallow Syrup is where this all started, and it’s been going in everything. I’ve also been making Dirty Dr Pepper way too often, and a simple State Fair Lemonade is always in the rotation.

How do I serve my Toasted Marshmallow Latte?

FAQs (Because Life’s Too Busy for Guesswork)

Can I add chocolate?

Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup if you want more of that s’mores flavor.

Can this be served hot?

Heat the milk gently in the microwave or on the stovetop, then mix everything together and skip the ice.

How can I keep it from getting watered down?

Use larger ice cubes so they melt slower, or freeze coffee into ice cubes so it keeps the flavor strong.

What are substitutions that I can make?

  • Instant espresso powder – Fresh brewed double shot espresso works just as well
  • Toasted marshmallow syrup – Use homemade or store-bought depending on what you have
  • Marshmallow fluff – Also labeled as marshmallow cream
  • Milk – Almond, oat, or coconut milk work for a dairy-free option

How should I store my Toasted Marshmallow Latte?

  • Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 to 48 hours. Leave out the ice so it doesn’t water down. Stir before serving.
