Spinach and artichoke chicken is a fantastic semi-homemade dinner recipe that uses store-bought spinach and artichoke dip to transform often plain chicken breast into a delicious, cheesy meal.
2lbsboneless skinless chicken breastcut in half lengthwise
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonpaprika
Salt and pepperto taste
16ouncesspinach artichoke dip
1/2cupmozzarella cheesegrated
1/4cupparmesan cheesegrated
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and spray a casserole pan with nonstick spray.
Season both sides of the chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken in the casserole pan. Top the chicken with the artichoke dip and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the dip.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
