Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons simple syrup

Instructions

  • Add your chai tea concentrate and milk to a cup, then top with ice.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of simple syrup until you achieve your preferred level of sweetness.

Notes

• This latte does contain caffeine from the chai tea. If you prefer a caffeine free option, simply use a decaf chai tea concentrate instead.
• This drink can easily be made hot. Skip the ice and steam or gently heat the milk before combining it with the chai concentrate and sweetener.
• Adjust the sweetness by adding more simple syrup a teaspoon at a time until it reaches your preferred level.
• For extra flavor, swap the plain simple syrup for a flavored syrup like caramel, brown sugar, cinnamon, or apple.
